From Joseph C. Ziegler, Jr. I would first like to thank the community for your overwhelming support over the past years. As I have traveled in our community I find more and more of you with the same concerns, that our current administration has not, does not and will not ever really have our best interest at heart. We all agree that for our community to prosper we must change, which is why I continue to reach out to you. In the next few weeks we will elect a new Ward Committeeman for the 18th ward. As I travel I find that many of you are perplexed about what exactly a committeeman is and what the job entails.
